It remains for 18 months in oak barrels, while maturing is completed with a further 18 months stay in the bottle.
With intense ruby color and dense aroma of small fruits (blackcurrant, grapefruit)
combined with sweet characters (dried plum, jam) and notes of nuts,
while in the background the distinctive metallicity of the variety.
Full in the mouth, slightly oily, with cool acidity and vibrant,
but elegant, tannins that give it the prospect of lasting time.
Strong aftertaste of black fruits and liquorice that lasts.
