Fresh mushrooms of pearls cut into thin strips, boil along with freshly squeezed lemon juice and brown raw sugar giving the syrup an amber color, combined with roasted almond leaves and vanilla scent.
An extremely versatile and aesthetically unique sweet that can accompany ice cream and yoghurt, use it in tarts and cakes, over a pizza, as a filling in pastry and other sweets, even with semolina halva.
It can also be excellent sauce in salty dishes and roasted meat.
